On July 30, 2024, the European Commission adopted the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2052, which amends the previous Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/808. This new regulation expands the scope and updates the performance criteria for analytical methods used to detect residues of pharmacologically active substances in food-producing animals.
